After three years’ operations in Argentina and obtained the permission of ODI to The U.S. and Republic of Seychelles, FORDTEK starts to set up the branches in Latin America.
On June 9th, the representative of RIVADENEYRA, TREVINO&DE CAMPO, S.C. Law Firm (RTYDC) in China visited the headquarter of FORDTEK.
Both parties had an in-depth exchange of views on law, accounting, and business operations for FORDTEK’s Uruguay and Brazil branches. The meeting also discussed the issues of the location, ownership structure, staffing, etc. for Brazil office. Warehousing and logistics management in LATAM region were briefly discussed as well.
