April 22 2022, FORDTEK had welcome ceremony for new FORDTEK employee of the year 2022.
Five university graduates plus one social recruitment have become FORDTEK’s fresh blood after strict selections and probation assessments. The graduates are from locally, other provinces and overseas, majored in Science and Management. According to FORDTEK’S job rotation plan, the new comers will be in the key departments for about 6-12 months, and their final positions will be assigned based on their own career plans and the company’s programming.
FORDTEK has been recruiting new employees to continuously build the team, since” FORDTEK Graduates Management Training Program” has been initiated from 2019. With the first management trainees’ immatureness and greenness fading away, they now play more important roles in FORDTEK’s domestic and oversea work, and become key trainers in 2022’s training program.
Since 2022, FORDTEK has been open to all the domestic and overseas college graduates.
