FORDTEK Achieved the Sunscreen Ingredients Products Strategic Support
On 13 April 2022, after two years’ preparation, FORDTEK has signed a strategic agreement with Factory W, located in Guang’an National Development Zones of Sichuan Province. The strategic agreement is to collaborate on developing the EU market for sunscreen ingredients.
Factory W has been specializing in fine chemicals products’ developments and production for years, owning the core technology on cosmetics and personal care ingredients. It is currently in Pre-listing Tutoring Period.
FORDTEK Group’s EU Division was set up in 2018 in Germany, was fully operational in 2019, and completed the team building at the beginning of 2022. FORDTEK GmbH now mainly focuses on Feed Additives Ingredients while also involves in Food Additives and Cosmetics Ingredients.
FORDTEK hopes this cooperation will facilitate registration of qualification, customer development, documentation system, Inventory management, etc., provides strong support for Factory W’s business expansion in EU market with comprehensive strategy.
FORDTEK has hosted celebration party in the garden cafeteria at Chongqing’s HQ after agreement was signed. Both parties exchanged their views on the next step of planning in the EU market.
